A J Hunter (Non-Executive Chairman) joined the Board in October 2011. Mr Hunter is Deputy Managing Director of CKI, which is listed on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange is a substantial shareholder in the NWGL Group. Mr Hunter is also an Executive Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited and Chairman of Power Assets Holdings Limited, both of which are listed companies. He has been an Executive Director of CKI since December 2006 and Deputy Managing Director since May 2010.
Mr Hunter acted as the Chief Operating Officer of CKI from December 2006 to May 2010. Prior to his appointment to the board of Power Assets Holdings Limited in 1999, Mr Hunter was Finance Director of the Hutchison Property Group. He holds a Master of Arts degree, a Masters degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr Hunter chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
